This paper analyses work efficiency of operating platform in the ground of UCAV. By work efficiency theories it investigate how operating platform in the ground of UCAV works most efficient, how operator complete the task safely, high efficiently and cozily. So we need research characteristic of UCAV and operator, and function allocation between human and machine.UCAV is Unmanned Combat Air Vehicle. The platform directs UCAV to complete campaign tasks. The operator of the platform will face display interface containing a great deal of information, from which catch useful materials to make decisions and complete the tasks. The design of the human-machine interface of the platform is a key problem.The second chapter of the paper talks about develops, composes and key problems of UCAV system. First part is about category and development of unmanned vehicle, and develop trend of unmanned warplane in 2000s. Next part is about battle fashion of UCAV and its power. Last part talks about compose and key problem of UCAV system.The third chapter is about work efficiency of the platform. From communications of human, first part talks about check and measure of sense information of human, the primary is seeing and hearing. The follow is transfer and output of the information. Especially is about inherent characters of human, these insurmountable weakness make human limitative. Last part is about common design rules of interface and function allocation between human and machine.Among the work efficiency problems of the platform, human's catch to ocular information is a key problem. So using Visual Basic 6.0 program the test software to test ocular characteristics and some operate characteristics. There are 11 parts, which test influence of size, velocity of movement, color arrangement and some other factors to visual acuity and distinguish and reaction time of vision, and short time memory of color and figure, and display of instrument, and distinguish of number and graph, trace of object and harmony of two hands. The fourth chapter explains the software. The fifth chapter analyses the test results, some conclusions and advises can offer some conferences to the design of human and machine interface of the platform.
