Technology Research, Based On Xml Technology Information Modeling And Exchange

Process information is not only the core data of process information system, but also the intersect data which can be often searched and exchanged in enterprise manufacturing information systems. So weather its model, formation, expression is rational or not is the key to implement many application systems successfully in enterprises, including CAPP. To adapt the constantly changeable demands for orienting CAPP system to modern planning and management integrating, web-based, cooperating, the thesis puts the process information in order anew on its characters of mass information, much contents, complex information categories and relations by XML. It also builts new process information model based on XML, and refines theprocess information express language--Process Markup Language (PML). Itdiscusses that XML-based process information exchanges with other typical exchangeable objects, for example STEP, relational data base and numerical control codes. The diversification and individuation of the process information expression is researched helpfully.
