The aim of this title is researching passenger car' s convenient gear-shift control system. This title root in actual traffic' s matter. With the traffic' s status deteriorated, the driver' s work-intensity is higher and higher, which become the most important reason for the traffic' s accident. How to reduce driver' s tiredness have become the key trouble for traffic' s company and administrant department. Based on the domestic and overseas research experience and our country' s fact, we will develop gear-shift control system with low-cost and high-capability.This title belong to advanced manufactural technology and roboticized field. With the superiority of mechanical design combined with electronic technology, we betterment primary transmission by manual gear-shift replace with pneumatic gear-shift. We advance and implement new reliable Automated Mechanical Transmission(AMT).Automatic gear-shift system will improve automobile' s dynamical capability, fuel' s capability and other' s capability. Meanwhile, it can eliminate driver' s technical difference, make speed shift rapidly and reposefully, avoid the gear-shift' s strike and improve the comfortable capability. This system not only maintain high efficiency, low cost and simple structure, but also can reduce accident' s genesic vatio. So this title have important academic significance and applied value.
