Experimental Study Of Coal (quality) Changes On The Economic Impact Of The Power Station Boiler Operation

There are direct influences of the variational coal characteristic on boiler combustion, moreover on boiler operation characteristics, the change of the power altering cost due to the coal characteristic variety is a very important part of the power operation characteristics. Except for regarding boiler efficiency as a main norm to measure boiler operation economic, this paper put forward that the generate electricity cost be taken from the coal characteristic variety was treated as a base to evaluate all-round economic.This paper discuss that the coal characteristic has influence on economic in ordinary characteristics and each part of economic. Besides, this paper brought forward more operational model for affecting the coal characteristic, applied the model to try out all-round economic of the coal from one power plant, and compared the sample economic, which can guide the price of the coal. Because it is important for unburned carbon of flying ash to influence the coal combustion economic , this paper study the coal burnout characteristics by Thermo-gravimetric analysis and drop furnace method and the coal combustion economic by itself characteristics . At last, this paper set up a method for forecasting and computing the economic of the variational coal characteristic according to experiment, which provides a method for forecasting the economic of the coal characteristic. And the writer succeeded in working out the software of evaluating the economic of the coal characteristic which has higher value on practical engineering.
