Economic Comparison Of Coal-to-gas Technology In Regional Coal-fired Boiler Houses

Forthe realization of the "twelfth five-year" period of China's energy sustainable development strategy,improve the comprehensive utilization of energy,improve the environment of the target,most cities in China have concentrated the efficient way of gas boiler house heating."Coal to gas" as companies save money,short time limit,quick effect,the primary choice feasible.At present,there are two ways to transform the coal-fired boiler room,one is to transform the coal emissions,so that the standard of the emissions can reach the environmental level.Second,the coal-burning boiler room is transformed into a gas boiler room,and the boiler equipment and ventilation pipeline should be replaced.The result of these two transformation directions marks the reorientation of boiler room in the future.The case of this paper is based on Beijing.According to the energy distribution and development trend of Beijing,the Beijing existing coal-fired boiler,gas boiler room and coal gas boiler room,the technical innovation,capital cost and made some comparison and analysis on the economic benefits.First,gas combustion calorific value is described by gas combustion theory.Secondly,it introduces the characteristics of various heating systems and methods,as well as influencing factors,and combining these factors,the economic and technical evaluation of the boiler room of different specifications is carried out.Through the static and annual dynamic cost calculation method,the system carries out the annual cost comparison of the boiler room with different heating area,different specification boiler and heating radius,and obtains the optimal solution.At last,the paper makes a comparison between project investment and annual income from the economic point of view,and obtains theoretical results.The research of this topic has some significance for improving the urban environment and optimizing energy structure,and also provides some theoretical support for the development of heating of gas boiler room and the change of urban heat network.
