The development of the technique of computer and network brings large improvement for the automation filed again and again. As a new type control technique, fieldbus technology was produced in 1980's, and it meets the industrial demands of distribution, network and intelligentize, so it has became the global hotspot of the industrial automation technology. And the fieldbus development impels the development of PLC technology, the distributed computer control system based on both must become the automation mainstream in twenty-one century.Aimed at many problems of the rail station of the large energy consumption, disordered circuitry and non-green lighting source, the paper gives the reconstructed scheme of the green lighting control system which based on fieldbus and PLC technology. The scheme can implement automation, lighting by need, accurate computation, data-share and saving energy. In the paper, The fieldbus technology was researched and based on Profibus the communication network of the station lighting system is designed; The choices of the scheme and the equipments were analysed; Based on PLC technology the hardware circuit and software program are designed; the monitor and control system is configurated on Kingview; and the whole system is tested and improved; in addition, the Back-Propagation algorithm is applied to i lunation intelligence control. The result shows that the station green lighting control system can not only save energy but provide a nice condition for passengers.
