One-way Urban Road Transport System Evaluation System

As an important traffic management way, the traffic managers and planers will face the problem evaluating effectiveness of schemes when they make the one way traffic management schemes.Regarding the one way system as a systematic project, at first, this paper give a method of deciding the incidence of the one way management scheme. Then this paper builds a comprehensive evaluation setup of One Way Traffic System, according to the macroscopical evaluation (mobility - accessibility .. service level % others)and the microcosmic evaluation(intersections % road sections). The setup includes fourteen napes of index. Then, according to the collected data and former research, the calculation and classification of the parameters are specified. The right of each parameter is calculated with AHP model and the multi-parameter evaluation model is set up. Because of the actual demand of increasing or decreasing the numbers and the right of index to the evaluation setup , this paper develops the Evaluation System of One Way Traffic Management.In this paper, an evaluation system is set up to evaluate the effectiveness of the one way traffic management schemes. With a case study, the research of this paper is provedpractical.
