Highway Tunnel Construction Quality Management

Against the quality problems in the construction of highway tunnel at present, through referring to existing standards and other relating professional standards, and investigating the quality controlling experiences of lots of highway tunnels, built or being built, the paper studies and improves the inspecting content, method and technical index of highway tunnel quality. A constructing quality management system for highway tunnel engineering is also established.Firstly, according to the every phase of tunnel constructing and the details concerned with different phases, a framework of constructing quality management system is set up. Secondly, relying on the framework, the research is divided into four parts: 1) Combining with the requirements of highway tunnel construction, studies the inspecting content, method and quality estimating index of construction materials in tunnel engineering; 2) Combining with the technological process of highway tunnel construction, studies the inspecting content, method and quality evaluating index of various technological process; 3) Combining with experience of the built tunnels, studies the more scientific and rational dividing method of itemized works and partial works in tunnel completing inspection, and also studies the inspecting content, method and quality estimating index of those projects, without consideration in existing regulations, such as ventilation system, lighting system and subsidiary installation, etc.. 4) Corresponding to the above contents, a series of quality test evaluating tables are accomplished, which is convenient to actual projects and concerned with every phase and aspect of the materials, constructing process and completing inspection of the whole tunnel construction.At last, on the base of above research, The Inspecting Management System of the Highway Tunnel Quality, IMSHTQ, is compiled with the visual language DELPHI.
