It has long been recognized that the success of any military operational command depends upon the capability of the commander to communicate with the forces. The nature of command, operational or equipment support, drove us to offer effective command, control, communications and intelligence(C3I) approaches to satisfy the military operational requirements, in order to put the military activity into practice on time, efficiently, right conductor, the Battle Equipment Automated Command System provides a kind of means which just like this.The Battle Equipment Automated Command System is an important constitute of the Battle Automated Command System, it is also the most important contents of the Information Developments. At the same time, operating this system efficiently and stably is also the main purpose of researching and establishing this system. It is necessary to research the effectiveness of the application of The Battle Equipment Automated Command System.In this thesis, the characteristics, present condition and development trend of the Battle Equipment Automated Command System has been introducted firstly. Then a similar system has been expatiated in detail about its construction, constitute , conjunct relationship, the design and functions of its software are also presented. A typical operate process has been described in detail.The Petri Net has been used to make an attempt on operating the model of the the Battle Equipment Automated Command System, then the delay time and circulate rate of this system have been analysed and computed according to its Petri Net model. It is the emphasis of this thesis to establish an efficient method which can be used to analyse the effectiveness of the system. Then a typical process efficiency has been analysed, and a typical method of process analyse has been brought forward, process effectiveness analysis. At the same time every kind of in common use movement method of the realistic system proceeded the effectiveness analysis contrast.It is also very useful to analyse process efficiency of any kind of Automated Operational System and guide the Battle Equipment Automated Command System practice use.
