The Technology Of 3D Process Design On Wind Power Gear Box Product

After several years’ fast development,the mechanical market is entering the new normal.Several manufacturing companies are facing a pressure from manufacturing upgrade.They are still using the Paper as the media on information exchanging which is impacting the productivity.Based on the higher competitions there is a big request of productivity improving by digitalization and informationazation.This research is to develop a light CAPP for upgrading the digitalization of Process design of a wind power manufacturing company and to increase the information accuracy and efficiency.The main work are as follows:(1)Research of process route design method based on features and process ability.To collect manufacturing information from modle by CAD modling principle and to create process route by process ability and face grouping technology.(2)Research of fast process modle creating technology.Based on the Expression parameter method of 3d CAD to do the research of material increasing modling on “face selection-feature identification-parameter modification” solution by digital link between different modles.(3)Research of fast manufacturing solution based on process modle.Create the manufacturing database including modle structure,machining ability,interface etc.to manage the equipments,fixtures and toolings which can be matched by system automatedly.The cutting data can also be done with face feature information by the database application.(4)Research of structural management of process data.Make the data which being created during process design managed in structural method.Release the data in different tables for documentation and to connect the data from workshop by database technology.(5)Prototyping system developing.Develop the prototype of CAPP by NX Open tool on NX software.Take a typical workpart as an example to introduce the system workflow and verify the function.
