Servo motor has been used widely in the fields of Factory Automation, such as numerical control machine tool,robot.Good dynamic performance is very important for servo motor because start-time of servo motor is limited in pratical applications.Permanent magnet servo motor has became a leading motor due to lots of merit, such as simple structure,small bulk and so on.In china,few people are engaged in the study of sine-permanent magnet servo motor design and the study of servo motor dynamic performance optimized design.As a result,my work (three phase sine-permanent magnet servo motor dynamic performance optimized design ) has practical significance.This paper introduce surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous servo motor including its structure,working theory and control method.Then the paper inform briefly the motor design method,and design a sample motor by means of Ansoft RMxprt, calculate motor working performance by means of Ansoft Maxwell 2D. The calculated results are accurate by comparing with tested data.According to theory of motor, this article find the vital factors for the dynamic performance of servo motor by analyzing motion function of DC motor. The author also introduce the dynamic performance of permanent magnet servo motor of driving by servo driver.The paper get a function about start-time and analyse the motor design variables how to affect start-time in function related dynamic performance detailedly,and explain how to ascertain the value of design variables in the process of design motor. Subsequently,the dynamic performance of prototype is optimized. The optimized motor has good working performance as well as good dynamic performance. In the end, this paper discuss how to optimize the asynchronous motor based on the conclusion of permanent magnet servo motor optimized design.
