| Along with the development of central heating in the city,the thermo-electricity supplying together system is widely applied to the power plant. In the power plant, utilize the steam draining out from the steam turbine to supply hot user with heat, heat lose in the vapor congealing device can be reduced effectively, make the thermal efficiency of the power plant improved. The Hongwei thermal power plant is regarded as the research object in this paper, the energy utilizes statue of the thermo-electricity supplying together system is analyzed: using the production statistics, have calculated energy consumption amount, power generation, supporting heat of each month for one year, get every economic indicator; then according to technological process of thermal power plant, calculate out energy loss distribute of power plant, thus it is the conclusion that the vapor congealing device is the heat loses key position. According to the above research conclusion, propose the system-transforming scheme. This scheme includes three main parts: high-temperature circulating water mix water heating system transform, # 1 steam turbine transforming, hot network vapor pump replace electric pump transform, the technique economy analysis about the transforming has been proved. The result of the study shows: through the transformation, the electricity generating efficiency will be improved by 1.3 percentage points, the whole factory's total efficiency will be improved by 17.8 percentage points, it can increase heat supporting 146.88 GJ every year, increase electricity 22,320,000kW·h, while the profit increases 52,320,000 yuan every year. Through the research of this text, the systematic energy distributing state of Hongwei thermal power plant is reveled, it will take an important role in the whole factory operating management. The technological transformation projection put forwards in this paper is feasible. |
