Because our dredging technology and equipments are not advanced, and especially because a lot of rivers and lakes are not dredged up very well, so many channels and seaports are silted badly, flood are frequent, the standard of channels and port depth are low, the volume of reservoir become more and more small. These hurt the development of shipment trade, also threaten the people's life and wealth, impact the development of economy. So the dredging work is necessary and should be developed very well.Dredging grab is a very important component of dredger, the enhancement of it's working efficiency, will be helpful to the dredging efficiency directly, and also will enhance the capability and working efficiency of the dredger, this is meaningful to the dredging industry. At present, the working efficiency of dredging grab even all garb is low in our country, the dredging rate of bulk grab is 1.5 to 1.6, but it can reach about 2.0 in abroad. The working efficiency of dredging grab is even low, only 0.5~0.6. It is necessary that we should do further research on dredging grab.The main content of this article is doing some optimization and simulation research on dredging grab. At first, analyze the present theory of dredging grab and do some deep analysis and research, rebulid the working situation of dredging grab, establishes the model of dredging material referring to terrene mechanics, gets the cut-in forces and their resistances, both character and quantity of these forces are different from the bulk cargo grab on land, establishes the mechanics model of the dredging process.Then build up the maths model of optimization and simulation, complete the optimization and simulation of dredging grab by MATLAB program. The simulation and optimization is based on a 36t dredging grab, the basic data come from regular design, its basic mode is "simulation-optimization-simulation". Simulation outputs dredging mass, dredging volume, dredging depth, closing force of the closing steel wire, cut-in moment and its resistance, cut-in force and its resistance of the soleplate; and draws dredging curve, closing force curve, cut-in moment and its resistance force curve, cut-in force and its resistance force curve. Optimization goes with the goal of dredging rate, 10 variable which are very influencing to the dredging grab are selected; the dredging rate and 10data are outputted, recall the 10 data to the simulation program, re-simulate and compare the data and curves before and after the optimization.The programmes used in the research are done by MATLAB language. MALAB is Object Oriented computer programing language, its programming interface is very friendly. MATLB can work in the fields of maths research, control, electronics, mechanics and so on, can achieve the function of maths calculation, symbol calculation, visualization of data and function, optimization, simulation and so on. It is a complex software of science calculation, graph visualization and words disposal. |
