There is a trend for the digital electronic controller to supersede hydraulic mechanic with the evolution of the modern aeroengine control. In the development of FADEC (Fully Authority Digital Engine Control) system, it is found that simulation may constitute an alternative tool useful but not complete or substitutive of experimental tests.To deal with the experimental simulation of aeroengine control system, designing and building a virtual test bed based on distributed system is a considerable choice. The function of the simulation is to evaluate the goodness of entire design and of the control choices carried out. The system is designed to perform the simulation of engine, controller, sensors, and actuator.This thesis is mostly devoted to the architecture and software issues, including the structure of simulation, the control system of aeroengine, modeling of gas-turbine engine, and the communication of distributed simulation system. Written in Lab Windows/CVI, the program is available for correspondence by means of TCP or DataSocket. Even if without the FADEC system, the program could execute with the controller simulation.According to the results of simulation test, the system has considerable property in precision, reliability, and real-time performance.
