ERP&MES are popular things for the manufacturing enterprises. But for the management and control of production is a secretive operation only in the levels of management left blackout. Establishes to produce the low cost, the product quality high pipelining, needs to spend the very great investment, thus to the production line modeling and the simulation is essential. Modeling and simulating by the software of Flexsim. We can obtain he different request data material for manufacturing and for the managementThis thesis study for the contradictions between exactly mission and randomicity for production of materials come on time, the level of operating personnel, equipment failure occurred in of the mission. Modeling use Flexsim software, we can simulate to the existing equipment and personnel, in certain, optimize the existing processes. The workshop focused on the future and provides guidance to new processes for decision-making aids.Finally, through the analysis of these issues, giving a mathematical equation based on discrete manufacturing pipelining, using mathematical methods given in the existing lines to increase production factors and strategies.
