Currently, the forced action mixer has been used popularly in most project, so its parameters optimization is very valuable.Based on the character of forced action mixer, this paper studies the parameters concerned mixing quality, and puts porward optimization aim. With the help of orthorhombic experiments, the main research has been determined which includes optimization experiments of the key parameters optimization and multi- parameters comprehensive matching. The prototype was designed based on content and aim of the experiment.The experiment results of key parameters optimization show that Phase angle of adverse circulation should be larger than mixing arm's phase angle on the single shaft. For the arrangement's principles of mixing arms, double-positive-inerlaced and double-positive-parallel dissuccssive arrangements are recommended. Length-widen ratio of mixing trough should be choosed from 0.7~1.3 and the range of line-speed ofmixing blades is 1.4m/s to 1.7m/s.The experiment results of multi- parameters comprehensive matching give out the rational matching ralationship. The arrangement of mixing arms should be arounding circulation form. Phase angle of mixing arms on single shaft is 60°, length-widenratio of mixing trough less than 1 and mixing blades set at an angle of about 35°.The optimized working device can improve mixing quality with smaller energy consumption and the organizations are simpler, so it is easly be industrialized.
