Evaluation System Of Bus Rapid Transit System (brt)

Bus Rapid Transit, as a new type of bus transit mode, has been adopted as the effective way to solve city traffic problems because of it's lower investment, shorter construction period , and easier to take effect .The author discuses the content and theories of BRT evaluation , based on the characteristics of rapid bus traffic, according to the common bus traffic evaluation system, and builds up BRT evaluation indexes in three aspects ,that is technical evaluation, economic evaluation and environment influences evaluation, and sets up the math model. Also , the author introduces Clustering Analysis to determine the standards of every evaluation index ; analyses using quantitative method of evaluation indexes and synthesis method , and filters evaluation indexes according to the principles of setting index system , then establishes the BRT evaluation system using Analytic Hierarchy Process, and finally evaluates the BRT synthesis evaluation system using the method of multi-level fuzzy synthesis evaluation.
