And then, he uses the way of forecasting electricity amount in different industry to correct the forecasting results in order to make sure the load & the electricity amount standard , which is the most suitable to the 11(th) 5-year-plan in Zunyi City. The author also calculates the electric power profit & loss during the 11^th 5-year-plan in Zunyi City though the electric power balance between the different electric power stations & the different districts according to the forecasting results of the electricity amount to make certain the construction projects & to direct the construction & the transformation of the electrified wire netting during the 11th 5-year-plan in Zunyi, which can lay a solid foundation to the development of the city electrified wire netting in Zunyi City.
