With the informationization of battle, this paper is aimed to enhance the comprehensiveefficiency of safeguard of the artillery vehicle equipped. In the first place, it has establishedthe method of empolder of Object Oriented which information system based on the structuredlifecycle method. It has introduced three conceptions: management object,managementcenter and management fields, produced and putted forward MIS exploiture project of artilleryequipped vehicle course system which be based upon 3S technology.In the second place, on the basis of system analysis, the paper recombined the workingprocedure of artillery equipped vehicle and established new management information system,which is consisting of 5" management fields": vehicle static management, dynamic manag-ement, hospital management, consumption management and comprehensive efficiency. B-esides, this paper has established calculation model of vehicle usability, decision model offuel consumption management and comprehensive efficiency management decision modelof each subsystem, in order to make certain the homologous system method treat on fro-ndose management tache.In the end, on the basis of the MIS system environment of mixing the mode on the ba-sis of C/S and B/S, the paper has designed network configuration of 3S and GPRS generalwireless grouping operation whole, and vehicle equipement and software of control cen-ter firstly, builded network management model of field model. Designed and artillery emp-oldered the management information system of artillery vehicle equipped using Visual Basic6.0, ASP, MapObjects and SQL Server 2000,on the basis of Windows Server 2003 enviro-nment of operation.
