The reliability of the frame is discussed in this thesis for some special vehicle, using computer analytic method and experimental method.The frame of some especial vehicle is analyzed and studied using the ANSYS in the paper. First of all, the static intensity of the frame is analyzed and studied in some particular instance, and the result indicates that the stress of the flame is less than the utmost intention to resist to be pulled of the material being used, so the frame is satisfied with the design. Dynamical analysis is made in the paper, through analyzing the mode of the frame by dint of the Finite Element model, the inherent frequency and the vibration mode of the frame is got, the dynamic characteristic of the frame is tentatively estimated. In this paper, the dynamic loads on the frame in four typical cases are simulated using ADAMS. The Transient Dynamical Response Analysis of the frame is researched using these dynamic loads, and the stress time histories is acquired in some typical case.Finally, the loading spectrum in the typical road acquired correctly is the key to the evaluation of fatigue reliability of the frame, which is obtained by the way of road-test, and the fatigue life of the frame is calculated using the theory of fatigue reliability and professional fatigue analysis software MSC/FATIGUE, which is fundamental for the prediction of the frame reliability and safe evaluation of the frame.
