| The paper mainly discuss the design and realization of a PLC(Programmable LogicController) experiement system for lab construction in college, which satisfies the need ofteaching and researching. The system mades full use of soft-hardware simulationtechnology, MCU application technology, USB communication technology and OPC (OLEfor Process Control) technology, which mades well foundation for teaching andresearching.The paper summarizes the development of PLC experiment equipment and thesimulation of controlled plant. Then, it mainly discusses the design principle and concreterealization about the hardware and software of the system. The hardware is developedbased on PLC and MCU, including circuit designing and power supplying. The softwareincludes communicating program for USB, MCU program, debugging program for signalprocessing system, simulating program for controlled plant and supervising, andadministrating program for the whole system. |
