The article aims at studying three-position relay control actuator, and does the work from five aspects:Firstly, the article analyses composing and principium of three-position relay control actuator, by means of comparing with two-position relay control actuator. On the basis of that the article elucidates the merits and shortcomings of three-position relay control actuator.Secondly, a nonlinear mathematical model of the actuator is presented based on the electromagnetic, aero dynamics and the barometric pressure servo correlation theories.Thirdly, the article points out the reasons of non-linearity of actuator. Using linearization theory, the article carries on the linearized process to the pneumatic amplifier by the near of balance point, and then inducts a position feedback, in order to eliminate the model error, a normal mathematical model of an actuator is presented.Fourthly, the article analyses the response of the system to step signal and frequency response by programming the MATLAB emluator. The means of improving the stability and dynamic response characteristic of the actuator is presented.At last, the article designs the simulation model of three-position relay control actuator using MATLAB/Simulink, then validates the tracking characteristic of actuator and the availability of the means that improve the stability and dynamic response characteristic of the actuator...
