| With the rapid development of motor technology, modern power electronics ,micro electronics, control theory, computer technology and the other related technologies, it seems promising that AC machines will replace DC machines as far as servos are concerned, especially when high precision and high performance are needed. With the development of permanent magnet material such as Nd-Fe-B, it is trend that Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) will be widely used in the AC servos, usually with the demand that the power is low or average and the performance is high.In this paper, our work mainly focus on two points. The first is the simulation of servo based on PMSM, on which we depend to realize SVPWM and Fuzzy-PI strategy. From the simulation results, we can see that SVPWM is very useful in the continuous adjustment of voltage vector, which contributes to the perfect circle track of stator flux linkage and the slight ripples of torque. The results also demonstrate that Fuzzy-PI strategy benefits quick response, better tracing and anti-interference. The second point of our work is the building of the servo using DSP, which enable us to finish some experiments indicating the good performance of this system. .Due to the shortage of personal ability and the limitation of work time, there must be some problems in this paper.
