Along with the rapid development of the electric power electronic technology, microelectronic technology, control technology and computer technology, AC speed regulation system in control precision and dynamic performance have greatly improved, and been increased close to the level of DC speed control system, evennow displace it as the main flow of speed control field. Compared with induction motor, permanent magnet synchronous motor has the advantages of small size, low loss, sohas be widely used in various occasions. The fuzzy control is widely used in the control of permanent magnet synchronous motor with the advantages of no accurate mathematical model and strong robustness. This thesis based on permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control theory and the fuzzy control technology, by taking t DSP as the core of the control circuit, realized the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed performance improvement and hardware implementation, it has important value in application.In this thesis, on the base of access to domestic and foreign literatures which about permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control principle and operating characteristics, in-depth study of the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control theory, through the analysis of permanent magnet synchronous motor principle, established the mathematical model in the rotor flux orientation anddesigneda speed and current double closed-loop vector control system based on the SVPWM modulation method. The hardware system of permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system based on DSP is designed, including the main control circuit, driving circuit, signal detection circuit and protection circuit is designed. Because the PI controller in the application of the motor parameters are not easy to set, so using the fuzzy controller principle and the superiority, combine both of PI controller and fuzzy controller. Design the speed loop design anti windup PI controller with adjustable parameters of fuzzy PI controller for the motor control system. The control program of the speed regulating system is compiled on the special DSP controlplatform, and the debugging and operation are completed. The validity of the fuzzy PI controller is verified.
