Motors play an extremely important role in multifarious electrically drive and position servo systems. The aims of motor control are mainly speed and position control. With the fast development of power electronics, micro-electronics and materials, the research of motor control recently becomes more and more important and the motor control system with high performance is updated ceaselessly. Motor control is on the way of digital and integration especially when the DSP technologies which can combine the oneness of hardware with the flexibleness of software are applied to it. So the BLDCM control system based on DSP has abroad application foreground. The system is that how to control and drive the automatic winder's motor, and the control core is DSP TMS320F2812 and MC33035 . In the DSP control section, it takes on the control function of the whole system, including to check, control and show the speed of the motor, and start some other equipments to protect the motor. The DSP also needs to communicate with the PC. MC33035 needs to execute the dictate of the DSP, then output the signals to drive the motor, so to control the speed of the motor. The controller communicates with the PC through the RS485 cable, there are all function keys which is need to control the motor in the operating interface, it can control the motor easily through the PC. Software programming based on LabVIEW 8.20 of the NI Company is also present in this thesis. The spot test shows that the controller works stably, has a high control precision, and can be operated easily, with perfect protect function and good load ability, so it can be widely used in some field.
