Research On Safety Assessment System Of Special Railway Lines For Dangerous Goods

Since the adjustment of the transport structure of “Highway to Railway” carried out by the state,the volume of dangerous goods transported by railway has increased year after year.Increased demand for dedicated line transportation brings about increased safety risks.However,the transportation of dangerous goods on the special lines for enterprises has some problems,such as high risk,chaos management and inconsistent standards.In order to strengthen the supervision of the special lines for dangerous goods,the railway department requires the special line enterprises to regularly evaluate the safety status.However,the current safety assessment method for the special lines of dangerous goods is unable to provide objective and effective quantitative description of the safety status of the special lines,and it is impossible to compare the safety status of different special lines or the same special line in different periods.How to combine quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation reasonably and establish an effective safety evaluation system is the research topic of this paper.Firstly,the dangers and harmful factors existing in the loading and unloading process of the special railway transport line for dangerous goods and its affiliated facilities are identified and analyzed,and the interaction between the loading and unloading area and the surrounding environment is identified and analyzed.The safety evaluation index system of the special railway transport line for dangerous goods is established from four aspects: people,things,environment and management.Then,on the basis of the evaluation architecture,the indicator weight is obtained by the AHP,and the index weight is modified by the entropy method.Finally,the conclusion is drawn by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the grey relational analysis.Finally,an example of the special railway transport line for dangerous goods of Shanxi A chemical industry co.,LTD is selected to carry out the evaluation model,and the safety Suggestions and optimization measures for the special railway transport line for dangerous goods are put forward.
