Power Monitoring System Based On Dsp Ethernet 103 Statute

With the development of hardware and software in embedded system technology, the applying o f the new technology leads to the quick development of substation automation system. The thesis mainly makes the research on the internal data communication, the design of control and protection platform of the substation automation system.Firstly, it looks back the history and analyses the now and future of the substation automation system. Then the thesis brings forward the two problems, one is the choice of the internal communication network, another is the platform design method of the control and protection device.Secondly, the thesis analyses the requirement of the internal data communication network of substation automation system, we construct the substation automation system with the Ethernet network, and analyses how to apply the IEC60870-5-103 under the Ethernet structure to the internal data communication of substation automation system. Except these, it discussed on the structure of IEC61850 communication protocol.Thirdly, the thesis design the new-type control and protection device based on the DSP by the platform design method, and introduce the system's hardware and software structure in details.In the end, it concludes some experience in the developing course, brings forward some ideas about platform design method, and the system had applied in practice industry successfully.
