This study first investigates the application of self thermal insulation system in the Chengdu area.According to statistics,the main self retaining wall materials in this area are shale porous brick,lightweight aggregate concrete,porous brick,autoclaved aerated concrete block,and concrete small-sized hollow brick.The calculation results show that lightweight aggregate concrete,porous brick,concrete small hollow block and autoclaved aerated concrete brick have wider applicability and better thermal insulation property.While the ordinary shale porous brick wall should apply insulation mortar to the main wall and thermal bridge.Through market research,the Chengdu area most of the building to the specifications for 240 mm,200mm insulation shale porous brick as building wall materials,and the 240 mm specification of KP1 type and DF type shale porous brick and 200 mm specifications of the DM2?KM2?DFp?KM3 shale porous brick.According to the self thermal insulation brick,simulating insulation brick 3D mesh by using the ANSYS software,using Fluent software to calculate the 3D mesh model,analysis of the influence of pore structure on the thermal conductivity of the porous brick,and for the 240 mm and 200 mm specifications of self insulation shale porous brick research and optimization design.The numerical results show that the porous brick with rectangular hole is perpendicular to the direction of heat flow.The rectangular hole aspect ratio is larger or the number of rows of the holes,holes increase rate increases,the reasonable staggered holes will improve the heat insulation performance of porous brick.In the 240 mm shale porous brick,the thermal conductivity of the DF shale porous brick is small,the heat insulation ability is stronger,and a new type of shale porous brick is proposed.In the 200 mm shale porous brick,the thermal conductivity of DM2 shale porous brick is the smallest.At the same time,to evaluate the application of self thermal insulation wall;through market research,that the most common in Chengdu area since the price and construction cost of insulation materials,combined with the life cycle cost analysis in Chengdu area of several self insulation system of economy mainly,and from the insulation body department has very high economic value;by using DesignBuilder software.Taking a residential building in Chengdu as a model of residential buildings with different insulation system when the building energy consumption,and compared with the reference building energy consumption,the Chengdu area of several main insulation system can meet the standard requirements of energy saving,energy-saving effect is remarkable and important application value.
