Power distribution system is directly user-oriented features, and one important part of power systems. The various equipment and user of power distribution network distribute in different geographical position of general urban and the countryside. The construction and marketing service of power distribution network bases on geography information. So, introduces GIS to the application of distribution automation is completely essential, is also inevitable trend of development of distribution automation. However, the majority of power distribution network system in the introduction of GIS technology has only realized the relevance of space information and property information. Even though they provide a visual monitoring of facilities and running of equipment, but the spatial analysis function of power distribution network is still Insufficient. With the maturity of components technology and distributed system, component-based GIS appear. The software development techniques based on component is more efficient, flexible, powerful than the software development techniques based on object-oriented or traditional module-based development techniques more. For example, Components technology can help programmer to encapsulate a block of code that implement a specialized function, which only provides the interface to integrate to the system. It has many advantages that the error in a certain functional modules will not affect the entire system's movement, and a number of modules can be parallel development to use components technology. It improves the development efficiency.In this thesis, it has conducted the deep research to components development technology based on GIS and the electric network topology analysis in participates in the design of electric network analysis subsystem of power distribution system based on WebGIS.The main results are as follows:1.The power distribution network model based on GIS is more is necessary or required than the traditional model. In the thesis, it has conducted the deep research to the data structure and forming of the network topology, node model of the model based on GIS.2.Studying the algorithm of network analysis of power distribution network through studying the theory of network analysis of power distribution network based on GIS. The process of designing electric network analysis components using components technology is introduced in this thesis.3.The application of electric network analysis components in WebGIS has proved availability and practicability in the development of electric network analysis function.
