Precise planetary reducer is widely applied in industrial CNC systems for its small volume,little backlash and high precision. Hysteretic curve measurement of reduction was important for determination of its torsional stiffness and transmission accuracy,and the torison curve is key to decide its ultimate torque and rated torque.The problem of planetary reducer testing is the lack of standard test methods. In this thesis,a new test system is designed and developed which is adorpted as the national standard test method of the planetary reducer,new methods are proposed to analyze the torsional stiffness and ultimate torque. The main works and results are as follows:1. the study of most stiffness and backlash test systems. The loading methods,experimental data and analysis methods are compared.2. the design of the new test system and loading methods. The application of the servo motor and continous loading improves the test efficiency,and the data processing is more effective and credible with PC.3. the research of new data analyzing methods. Separate linearity points from the hysteretic curve,upward the reverse points with the minimum residual method,which help to get the suitable displacement and more believable stiffness.4. the study of new method to find the turning point and failure torque of the torison curve. The change trend of the line fitting residual is discussed and rightward approximation method is put forward to determine linear points or nonlinear points.5. the analysis of the most error sources. The influences is discussed,and the necessary amendments are made to improve test accuracy.Experiments are done with the test system and the test results have corroborated its feasibility,rationality and effectiveness. The system's advantages is proved by its high measuring accuracy,small errors and flexibility.
