Although the cartridge ejecting system has been studied and assembled for arms for many years in our country, the acceptance is still using a kind of "combined"method. Its acceptance to the impulse cartridge is not reasonable and furthermore it causes complicated acceptance and poor reasonability and high cost. The study on the simulating technology for impulse cartridge performance inspection has a important significance for the research and acceptance of impulse cartridges.This thesis is mainly focused on the design of the parameters of the combustion chamber, ejection tubing and the load and as well the dynamic measurement for pressure, separation time and speed. The characteristics of this study is to change the downward ejection movement of a real cartridge hook to forward movement. Meanwhile the dynamic P-T curve between the combustion chamber and the ejection tubing and the separating load and the separating speed can be obtained.
