With the rapid development of economy, Brushless DC motor has been applied in more and more areas. Besides owning the good characters of Brush DC motor, it also has some other advantages such as long life, low noise, reliable operation, and can be regulated in a large range smoothly due to its non-contact commutator. The traditional lifter device uses some poor means such as manpower as its sources, which have the characters of low automation, heavy labor and can't be controlled accurately. They limit the further application of the lifter device heavily. It will be the inevitable tendency that Brushless DC motor and lifter work together, which is also the issue of this paper.With the purpose of controlling the lifter device, this paper designs a driver system of BLDCM, which can fulfill the requirements of it. In order to improve the stability, based on the hardware and software, put forward a dynamic speed control strategy according the single given by the position machine.Both hardware and software are interpreted in this paper. Hardware design includes the choose of chip, the electrocircuit based on IR2102,the detection electrocircuit of under voltage and overload current and some measures which can help to improve the stability of the system. Software design includes the main program and the subprograms including phase control, speed reference detection, under voltage detection, overload current detection and so on.Besides, this article also does some research about the structure, the principle, the running parameter of BLDCM.The results of pre-experiment and practical experiment indicate that this system can be operated reliably, control the lifer device nicely under the complex situation such as changing voltages, high or low temperatures and can improve the stability and the stationarity of the system dramatically.
