| Located in the center of western Sichuan plain, CD airport is renowned as a significant air hub for passengers and cargoes in the West of China. Established in October 1987,accredited as an international border airport in 1993 as well as winning the landing visa rights in 2000 and affiliated to CD airport company limited by 2004, CD airport that boasts as a significant hub airport ranking the sixth in domestic and the NO.1 in the west has made great contributions to Sichuan province's economy, culture and tourism.Recently, under the development of civil aviation and steadily increasing passenger volume, the global civil aviation industry has been facing potential risks, with various accidents breaking out now and then. The security check of civil aviation is confronting heavier pressure and challenge while the traditional security check mode become barely enough. Aiming at making CD airport safe, sound and sustainable, I make full use of enterprise management, particularly the management information system knowledge to analyze major problems regarding to security check and management information system concerned.The full text is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1 Introduction to the history of CD airport and problems among security check. This chapter first reviews CD airport's development and then points out problems existing in security check during its expansion.Chapter two Summarize of airport security check and information system concerned. This chapter firstly gives a brief of ordinary airport security check and then makes an expression to management information system (MIS) and MIS in airport. Chapter three Analyses of CD airport security check and prospect of developing MIS.This chapter first analyzes the internal and outer surroundings of CD airport and details the problems of security check at CD airport and finally figures out the meaning of developing MIS.Chapter four Options for CD airport MIS.This chapter that proceeds from the course of travelers and information of MIS shows the choice of plans for CD airport MIS.Chapter five Application of CD airport MIS.This chapter first describes the schedule and personnel arrangement at the beginning of development and later gives the details to specific implement to each sub-module.Chapter six Major findings of CD airport MIS and suggestions for post-development management. This chapter first makes a conclusion to the results of CD airport MIS and then gives proposals for post-development maintenance and aspects that requires amending.I expect that this paper would facilitate CD airport's development, ensure safe operation during its rapid development and delicate myself to make CD airport universally healthy and sustainable.I also hope this paper would be something favorable for other domestic airports in the aspect of the application and research of security check MIS.
