Jin Hua Jiufeng station is located upstream of Qiantang River tributaries thick Qujiang Dasi, the land is a town of Jinhua Wucheng soup. Power installed capacity of 2 * 3200KW, annual power output 13.15 million KW.h, ensure output 550KW, total reservoir storage capacity is 98.05 million m~3. Power wiring for the two machine main unit connection of a variable, a main transformer station, power station in order to qualify for a return to 35KV access system.Jin Hua Jiufeng automated monitoring station goals, the need for related equipment station data information collection, processing, and automatic monitoring station, control, regulation, protection, to ensure full use of the water station equipment, safe and stable operation. And the need to dispatch in accordance with the requirements of power systems, automatic adjustment for, hair, the balance of power.Jin Hua Jiufeng station automation control system using open system design principles, using hierarchical distributed hardware architecture, modular programming, automatic monitoring of hydropower stations, control and regulation. Power plant control system is divided into parts and equipment monitoring system and the diversion dam area part of the equipment monitoring system. Some of the main power plant control system monitoring equipment which included: 2 sets of generator set, a main transformer station, a return to 35KV outlet, 220V DC system, utility power plants and auxiliary equipment, protection of objects, including power plant generators, transformers, 35KV outlet. Diversion Dam and the main control part of the equipment monitoring system which included: power diversion tunnel gate control, gate control and Dam spillway auxiliary equipment. Station computer monitoring system is divided into two levels, one level for the power station management PC, or master control station industrial control machine; another level object-oriented control of the local control unit LCU. PC between the local control unit LCU using Ethernet communications, constitute the structure of a distributed computer management system.MODBUS protocol, Kim Hua Jiufeng proposed hydropower station host computer and the computer monitoring system commonly used in Siemens PLC and Omron PLC, host computer and smart electrical parameter instrument (PML3720 or EPM420) data between communication program design.Station automation control system, its biggest advantages is the reduction of the operating personnel on operation of equipment, reducing operating officer of the labor intensity, reduced the number of operating personnel, reduced operating costs and electricity costs; avoid artificial misuse, improve equipment reliability, ensuring energy and power grid reliability.
