This paper had studied the germination of seeds,the morphological characteristics,microscopic characters,rapid propagation of plantlets,biological effect in fields of the Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.after sapce-carrying.The results were as follows:1.To offer the optimal germination condition to the Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.seeds by space-carrying,to study the germination test of the Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.seeds. Their germination percentage and the germination energy were 12.0% and 16.7%, when CaCl2 was 100 mmol·L-1,the seed soaking time was 12h and the germination bed of the potting soil with sands in 30℃。2.The rapid propagation system of plantlets had been established. When the seeds were sterilized for 30 seconds by 75% alcohol,10 minute by 0.1% HgCl2.Medium MS+6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1 was the optimum medium for tufted bud induction,the propagation coefficient could achieve 13 after cultured for 28 d on the medium,the optimum medium for rooting induction was 1/2 MS+IBA 0.8 mg·L-1.3.Effect of space carrying on the morphological characteristics of afar was vary from strain to strain.When growth period in fields,the morphological characteristics of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge by space-cayrring represented visible variance,there were significantly superior characters,such as thicker stem,bigger crown,bigger leaf area,thicker leaves,but lower plant height.4.Pollen particles activit of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge by space-cayrring was 84.54%,raised 21.5% than the control plant;compared with control plant,the stomatal number and stomatal index of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge by space-cayrring was higher;the xylem of the transverse section of the stem grow faster than control plant;in transverse section of the root,the cortex is more broader than those of control,there are 6 or 7 xylem in the transverse section of the root for Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge by space-cayrring,The difference between the Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. by space-carrying and the control plants was significant in sclereid diameter.5.Space-carrying had some degree impact on the physiological and biochemical character of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. After space-carrying,the content of Chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b are increased differently,the Chlorophyll total content was significant increased, to the Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.by spzce-carrying,activity of CAT and SOD in leaves were higher than those of control,soluble sugar conten were lower than those of control,and the difference was shrinking along with the growth time.Soluble protein conten were higher than those of control,the content of Soluble protein change was irregular. 6.Space-carrying had some influence on the quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.after.The contents of TanshinoneⅡA and Salvianolic acid B in SP were higher than those of control,that is 0.57%,6.84%,the contents can be increased by 0.22%,2.35%, respectively.
