The Study of the Screening of High-yeild Prescription for the cultivation of Hericium erinaceus in Vinegar Wastes and Its Nutritional Utilization Abstract This paper studied not only the productive property of three kinds of HericiumErinaceus but the screening of high-yield prescription about the cultivation of Hericium erinaceus on vinegar wastes with the methods of path analysis and five factors quadritic orthogonal regression rotational combination design correspondingly. The law of utilization of nutritional components and the change of extracellular enzyme's activity during its growth on the vinegar wastes were also discussed .The results showed as follows: (1) In the three kinds of Hericium erinaceus, the weight loss of substrate respiratory consumption and absolute bioefficiency of XinAn2, which were 42.40% 39.40% and 7.1%, were superior to ChangBai4 and L- 19.Path analysis showed that substrate directly affected yields of fruiting body throught degradation of celluose. With celluose decreasing, yields increased gradually. In addition, the degredatioon of lingnin was closely related with mycelium-growing rate. (2) In the vinegar wastes medium, wheat barn-. soyabean meal and calcium superphosphate could greatly increase the yield of Hericium erinaceus and also had effect on the yield through interaction with other supplementary materials.By optimal screening, tow kinds of high-yield formula were gained. (1) vinegar wastes 44.12% sawdust 25% wheat barn 20% cornmeal 0.63% soybean meal 5% calcium superphosphate 2.25% gypsum 2% sugar 1 (2) vinegar wastes 43.5% sawdust 30% wheat barn 11.25% cornmeal 5% soybean meal 5%calcium superphosphate 2.25% gypsum 2% sugar 1% (3) The nonlignocellulous and lignin content were degraded during the mycelial growth, while the cellulose and hemicellulose in the fruitbody. The law of enzyme activity such as laccase, polyphenol oxidase, cellulase and hemicellulase was similar to the degradation of their counterparts.
