State Ecological Restoration The Dayao Pilot Project Effectiveness Monitoring Study

How to rehabilitate the degenerative ecosystem has been a difficult problem human have to face, because intensive disturbance which is made by human being and nature has made the most of global ecosystem fearful degeneration. Ecological rehabilitation is a kind of important method to solve above problem, which includes three facets. The first is bringing self-rehabilitation of ecosystem into full play to make vegetation rehabilitation and accelerate the speed of benign succession of environment. The second facet is controlling severe soil losing and turn the direction of deterioration of environment which has deteriorated or is deteriorating relying on momentous controlling project of water and soil losing . The last is monitoring ecosystem rehabilitation project to evaluate its benefit and resolve its problems. There is no evaluation on ecosystem rehabilitation project in DaoYao County.The study evaluated the benefit of ecosystem rehabilitation project and emphasized on the change of environment in repaired area of DaoYao County basing on the above situation in DaoYao. After selecting sample spots, we surveyed the vegetal community, mensurated the soil nutrient and analysed soil microorganism community to find character of ecosystem named "vegetation-soil-microorganism community" and discussed the change of environmental quality and the benefit of ecosystem rehabilitation project which is the tenet of our study providing ecosystem repair project of DaoYao even nation with scientificfoundation .Based on two-year monitor and analyzing monitoring result this study gets below results.(1) The change of most of indexes of soil nutrient is inerratic except phosphorus. The soil fertility is improving, but it need longer-time monitor to find the rule of change of soil fertility.(2) Representational plants especially water and soil conservation forest rapidly grow. The vegetation improve. And the biology diversity of shrub is more than tiers.(3) The quantity and the activity degree of soil microorganism show enhancive trend. As a result of it, the whole soil environment has been improved. But the soil ecosystem isn't steady.(4) According to the biochemistry characteristic of three major microorganism cluster and its most genus and its denoting function to environment, we can think the three major microorganism cluster can strongly denote environment which is in accordance with the results of most studies basically.(5) Summarizing above items, after putting the water and soil conservation ecosystem repair project into practice in DaoYao County repaired area, most plant species grow quickly, the unit area living creature aggrandizes, plant category and quantity become more than them before repairing and the plant community grow to the positive direction which causes the withered to fall things of earth surface increase. With more organic fertilizer to soil, turn over and other measures, the soil fertility has the exaltation, the soil layer is gradually loosened,then the category and quantity of soil microorganism containaugmentative evidence, it is the ameliorative mark of ecosystem.The result of Monitor return the enunciation, there still existsome problems in the water and soil conservation ecosystemrepair project of DaoYao County, this text gives the suggestionsaccording to these problems.
