Apomictic monosomic addition line M14 of Beta corolliflora Zoss. was the progeny hybridization of Beta vulgaris L. and Beta corolliflora Zoss. in sugar beet. With a constitution of the normal 18 Beta vulgaris L. chromosomes and the No.9 chromosome of Beta corolliflora Zoss., M14 was found having a stable and high chromosome transmission frequency of 96.5% in cytology.Hormone was the production of metabolic reaction in plants, which regulates the growth, development and growth and development in plants. Hormone was considered to be the most important regulatory factor during the process of signal transmission in plant. Investigations showed that hormone treatment could induce the synthesis of new mRNA and proteins, which prove that many effects of hormone were performed by the way of regulating the expressions of genes. In this research we aimed to explore the reproduction properties of M14 in term of induction of exogenous hormone. The contents of endogenic hormone(IAA,ABA,GA3,KT)of 4 different vegetable growth stage in leaves of M14 was determined, using the method of HPLC and a conreproduction isolationtrol of Beta vulgaris L. The induction of 3 different exogenous hormone(IAA,ABA,GA3,KT) were performed according to the distinction and regularity result of the comparison. The resemblance between parental generation and progeny after the induction could be analyzed using the method of molecule marker. And this influence extent of exogenous hormone could be expounded in order to study the influence and significance of hormone in the similarity relationship between parental generation and progeny of apomictic monosomic addition line. The results are as follows: 1. The two sets of parental generation and progeny genetic resemblance coefficient of M14 respectively induced by 0.1mg/mL and 0.5mg/mL ABA are obviously higher than the blank material which is not induced by ABA. Low concentration of ABA could enhance the parental generation and progeny resemblance of M14. 2. Inductions of GA3,IAA and KT have lower influences of the parental generation and progeny resemblance of M14.
