Tongtaiyuye Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetic Gastroparesis That Spleen Deficiency Qi Stagnation Type Clinical Observation

Objective:To observation TongTaiyuye Decoction in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis that Spleen Deficiency qi stagnation type clinical efficacy.Method:Would be consistent with diabetic gastroparesis (Spleen Deficiency qi stagnation type) diagnostic criteria 66 patients were randomly divided into two groups:Treatment group and control group all 33 cases, treatment group was given TongTaiyuye Decoction, the control group was given mosapride, treatment for 28 days,before and after treatment after the clinical symptom score, compared to two sets of changes in clinical symptoms, efficacy evaluation of symptom.Results:1. TongTaiyuye Decoction in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis (Spleen Deficiency qi stagnation type) the overall effect:The total curative effect of the treatment group is 81.8%, while the control group is 76.7%, there was no significant difference (P>0.05).2.TongTaiyuye Decoction in improving the overall clinical symptoms:The total curative effect of the treatment group is 93.7%,while the control group is 78.8%,The curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05).3. The Blood Glucos:Two groups of fasting blood glucos and 2hPG,HbAlc compare treatment front all have already descend(P<0.05),Two group of comparison, FPG,2hPG,HbAlc all have already statistical significance(P<0.05),treatment group is better than control group. 4. At the side of the regulatory effect on blood lipids,both of the two group could regulate total TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C obviously(P<0.01),As compared the effect between the two groups, the lowering of TC,LDL-C and the elevating of HDL-C in the treatment group had obvious statistical discrepancy to the control group, the statistical analysis showed that the two groups did not have obvious discrepancy on elevating the TG(P> 0.05).Conclusions:TongTaiyuye Decoction in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis (Spleen Deficiency qi stagnation type) its efficacy sure can significantly improve symptoms, and improve blood glucose and lipids metabolism.significant side effects, it is worth in the clinical application.
