Fingerprints quality control methods of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. were established by HPLC and HPCE in this thesis. The fingerprints were characteristically digitized evaluations and systematic quantified fingerprint method by the software of Super-information Characteristics Digitalized Evaluation System of TCM fingerprints 3.0. The differences between the dual qualitative similarity and dual quantitative similarity were investigated, and the chromatographic fingerprints were developed for comparison of the different parts of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. Meanwhile, fingerprints quality control method of Compound Capsules Cantharidin was also established by HPLC in this thesis. The present study offered new methods for overall quality control of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge, and provided basis for realizing the quantitative function and comprehensive evaluation of fingerprints.1. The index of chromatographic fingerprints (F) was used as quantitative evaluation parameter to choose determining conditions. The HPLC-FPs of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge was established with 36 co-possessing peaks under 290nm, taking the peak of salvianolic acid B as referential peak. The fingerprints of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge from different resources were overall evaluated by the software of Super-information Characteristics Digitalized Evaluation System of TCM fingerprints 3.0 while the unified fingerprint of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge under 290nm was established. At the same time, this paper also inspected the impact of peak lost to the dual qualitative similarities and the dual quantitative similarities. This method was precise, reproducible, with good separation to be a new guidance to control the overall quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.2. The HPLC-FPs of overall constituents of Salvia miltiorrhiza was established with 44 co-possessing peaks under 228nm and the liposoluble constituents of Salvia miltiorrhiza was established with 39 co-possessing peaks under 280nm, taking the peak of salvianolic acid B as referential peak. The fingerprints of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge from different resources were overall evaluated by the software of Super-information Characteristics Digitalized Evaluation System of TCM fingerprints 3.0. At the same time, Systematic quantified fingerprint method was used to mining hidden information from the multi-dimensional perspective ang digitized evaluations, This method was precise, quick, with good reproducible to provides a new reference to control the overall quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.3. The CEFP of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge as a novel quality control method was established and evaluated by the software of Super-information Characteristics Digitalized Evaluation System of TCM fingerprints 3.0 while the influences of different background electrolytes and adjusted and pH on the electropherogram were investigated on the electropherogram were investigated. The CEFPs of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge was established with 14co-possessing peaks under 290nm, taking the peak of rosmarinic acid as referential peak. The method was simple, quick and cost least.4. A new method is developed for determination of the hydroxyl radical in Fenton reaction by Crystal violet spectrophotometry. the influences of different absorption wavelength, Fe2+ concentration, H2O2 dosage, crystal violet concentration, reaction time, Acidity and the Order of reagent addition were investigated. The Fe2+-H2O2 system was used to produce the hydroxyl radical。Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge herbs for the overall anti-oxidation were measured by the clearance rate of Hydroxyl radical (·OH). The method was cost least, High sensitivity, easy to operate, etc. However, the need to further improve to promotion.
