Language is the carrier of the culture, and the tool of communicating minds by people. Verbal Communication is controlled by culture, that is, Language is connected with culture cheek by jowl. We study a certain language or we can say study some culture. Moreover, Language teaching is culture teaching in some cases. And TCFL is no exception.The culture of the teaching of Chinese to foreigners is a conception subject to the language teaching. It refers to the "culture" needed by the foreigners when they want to learn Chinese and use Chinese for intercommunion with them. It is one of the main factors, which should be mastered in Chinese language learning. In order to be distinguished, it can be defined as "culture factors". The primary stage is the key period to carry on the culture factor introduction.Although the position and function of cultural factor is generally accepted in TCFL, the real cultural online is still not published. Therefore, studying the cultural factor is still weak.This text combines the theory of linguistics, "Structure-Function-Culture" teaching, ideas of compilation material and correlational study, and selects New Practical Chinese Reader, Elementary Chinese, A Crash Course In Practical Chinese, Contemporary Chinese to refer.According to interpersonal communication, daily life, society and humanism, time, space, and symbol etc, this article gives a statistic analysis of cultural factors from four sets of typical Chinese course books for foreigners. It summarizes the features of introduction; moreover, it also combines the teaching of Chinese to foreigners'related theory. This article gives some suggestions on how to compile and use the primary stage of the book, and tries to compile a cultural syllabus at the elementary level for TCFL to refer.This article is divided into the following five parts:The first chapter, "the introduction" of this paper mainly introduces the meaning of the selected topic, thinking ideas and ways of research. The second chapter gives a summary of the current situation of cultural factors, culture teaching, Compiling Textbooks and cultural syllabus. Chapter three defines the cultural factors'content, introduces the selection of samples and objects of study, and summarizes ways and features of introduction of cultural factors. Chapter four gives some suggestions on how to compile and use the primary stage of the teaching of Chinese to foreigners and how to formulate cultural outline.The last chapter, is an epilogue of the article.
