Language is the important carrier of the culture,and it is also a kind of culture phenomenon. so culture teaching depends on language, and language teaching should also include culture.TCFL is no exception.The primary stage is the key period to proceed the culture factor introduction and teaching material is the important basis of teaching activities, so this period’s quality of teaching and teaching material has a direct impact on the future study of foreigne students.The paper quotes from Mr. ZhouSiYuan in the" foreign language teaching and culture "definition:"the culture of the teaching of Chinese to foreigners language refers to the "culture" needed by foreigners when they want to learn and use Chinese for intercommunication with Chinese. It Is the culture involved in the process of language learning and using.It is the elements of Chinese teaching expect pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar The paper mainly discusses the way and characteristics of the cultural factors in the primary’s teaching material of TFCL.In this paper, we chose four sets of Chinese course books which is typical and widely used at present as the research object. This paper gives a statistic analysis of culture factors from the four sets of books according daily life,interpersonal communication,values,society and humanism,and symbol. It summarizes the feature of the cultural introduction and gives suggestions on how to writing Chinese course books and ties to compile a cultural syllabus at the primary level for TCFL to refer.This paper composition by five chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the meaning of the selected topic and the current situation of culture teaching. The second chapter talks about the ways of research. The third chapter summarizes the ways and features of the chose four sets of Chinese learning books. The forth chapter gives some suggestions on how to write appropriate books for primary stage Chinese learner. The last part is an epilogue of the paper.
