Objective: To learn the psychological healthy condition of the adolescents in junior high school of Wuhan and the main influencing factor, search the possibility and practical styles of group psychology guidance in adolescents'diathetic training,then form an important basis for making available interventions.Methods:①2530 calends come from six school of three districts of Wuhan by stratified cluster sampling were investigated by using Youth Risk Behavior,the Chinese version of CTQ-SF, Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstrun(EMBU) and Mental Health Test,to learn the psychological healthy condition of Junior high school students in Wuhan and the main influencing factor by single and multiple factor analysis.②Select one school, then sample 3 classes from the whole grade by using cluster sampling and select 15 students from the sampled classes according to the result of the MHT and their personal interests .Give the 15 adolescents group psychology guidance by using self-regulating group guidance scheme within 3 months,then test them by MHT and members'feedback table before and after the intervention and evaluate the effect.Results:1. The description about the psychological healthy condition of adolescent①The mean score in each factor of MHT is 1.71~4.57, the mean score in physical symptoms factor, horrible factor and impulse factor are higher,and each of them is higher than 4,score of loneliness factor is lower;schoolgirl usually have a higher score in anxiety factor, self-abuse factor, physical symptoms factor, horrible factor ,impulse factor and the total score,all the score differences have statistic significance(p<0.05);②There are 654 adolescents who have some psychological problems (each factor's score≥8 or total score≥65) ,and the relevance ratio is 25.85%,and girls have a higher relevance ratio than boys, the difference have statistic significance(p<0.05).2. The factors that influence adolescent's mental health(1) Single-variable analysisAdolescents with diffenert home environment ,family relation and behavioral expression have different scores in MHT, the difference have statistic significance (p<0.05).(2) Correlation analysisCompare with each factor score of CTQ-SF,most scores of the 8 factors in MHT have positive correlation and most of the correlations have statistic significance ; Compare with each factor score of EMBU,most scores of the 8 factors in MHT have positive correlation except emotion warmth and apprehend factor,and most of the correlations have statistic significance(p<0.05).(3) Multivariate analysisThe variables that enter the Multiple Linear Regression Model with the standard of 0.05 are sex, father's literacy, the degree of satisfaction about the relationship between parents, parents'conflict incidence ,how often communicate with parents, whether parents have unreasonable expectations on adolescents, emotional abuse, emotional ignore ,father's preference and Overprotection factor ,mother's emotion warmth and apprehend factor and refuse factor .3. Evaluation of interventionThe score differences in each fator of the MHT in intervened group before and after the intervention all have statistic significance except the impluse factor and horror factor(p<0.05), the score differences in matched group before and after the intervention don't have statistic significance.The interpersonal skills,learning and adapting capability of Adolescents in intervened group have improved,and the parenthood are better than before.Conclusion:1. The psychological healthy condition of most adolescents are very poor,and girls'psychological healthy condition are usually more poor,the main factor that influence adolescent mental health are home environment ,family elationship, childhood abuse , rearing practice and so on.2. Group psychology guidance is an effective way to improve the psychological healthy condition of the adolescents,and it can improve adolescents'interpersonal skills,learning and adapting capability and the parenthood .
