Research On The Modernization Of Public Fire Safety Governance Capacity In Jiangxi Province

At present,the economic society and urban construction are in the stage of rapid development,the urban construction system is improving day by day,larges hopping malls,office buildings and other large-scale complex buildings are springing up and put into use,and the fire uncertainty is increasing.With the rapid development of the city,new problems such as the increasing complexity of urban buildings,the increasing fire load,the increasing risk and soon,make the evacuation and fire rescue face new challenges.China’s public fire safety governance is facing more new situations,new problems and new challenges.At the same time,it puts forward higher standards and requirements for fire supervision and management and comprehensive emergency rescue,and it is urgent to improve the fire management ability.In recent years,Jiangxi fire control has achieved phased results,comprehensively deepening the reform of fire law enforcement,accelerating the legalization,standardization,socialization and intellectual of fire control,actively creating a new pattern of co construction,CO governance and sharing,and Solidly Promoting special rectification such as safety law enforcement inspection,so as to firmly stabilize the basic situation of fire safety.We continued to strengthen the comprehensive rescue capability,accelerated the transformation and up grading of capabilities,and took the lead in dealing with all kinds of disasters and accidents,playing the role of "main force" and "national team",holding the "last line of defense" to resolve the risks of all kinds of disasters and accidents.We should continue to consolidate the foundation of comprehensive security,give full play to the government’s "institutionalized" security advantages,focus on the team station construction,strength allocation and training facilities,and promote the equalization of urban and rural fire rescue services.Although the results are remarkable,there are also many problems and deficiencies,which is the starting point of this paper.In this paper,Jiangxi fire governance as a case study,combined with social management,public economics,urban management related theories,and promote the fire governance ability of the organic combination of strategy research,focusing on the establishment and improvement of fire governance system and mechanism,resolutely crack down on fire violations,build a collaborative and efficient communication mechanism,guide and encourage all sectors of society to participate in fire prevention Combined with the actual situation of Jiangxi Province,this paper puts forward the development countermeasures,in order to provide reference for the public fire safety management in other regions.
