Research On City Emergency Management Of Public Emergency Events

Public emergencies are with the nature of sudden and public danger. In order to ensure people and social stability, the government must increase its efforts in the management of public emergencies. Therefore, the government will not shirk its responsibility of preventing, managing and resolving all kinds of public emergencies. In this paper, based on the in-depth analysis of the status and problems of emergency management of China the Fuzhou government, we propose the public emergency management strategy to increase the level of public emergency management level.The paper mainly includes three parts:the first is to introduce some basic theories related to public emergency and government emergency management. The second part is to analyze the emergency management experiences and inadequate at home and abroad, especially in Fuzhou. The third part is to propose Progressive views on the organizational system, operation mechanism and protection mechanism areas based on the relative theory and the successive experience at home and abroad.The purposes of this article is to provide reference the idea of emergency management for our government, especially the Fuzhou government. According to this study the characteristics of this paper, we choose he literature and analyzed the whole method of selection, case analysis, comparative analysis of methods and so on. Innovation of this article is applying Public emergency and government emergency management theory to the Fuzhou government's emergency management practice, and expand the depth extension of the emergency management.
