Study On Management Model And Performance Evaluation For Non-profit Organization Of Our Country

Non-profit organizations play a unique role in public administration. However, there are still problems and difficulties in the development of non-profit organizations because of internal and external causes. The joint efforts of non-profit organization, government and society are needed to help non-profit organization get out of difficult position. This paper attempts to explore management model and performance evaluation for non-profit organization. This can promote non-profit organization rapid development.The paper introduces the theoretical and practical significance to study the management model and performance evaluation of the non-profit organizations in China, on the basis of discussing the importance of the non-profit organizations; the study results about non-profit organization are expounded, the current study status is analyzed, the problems to be solved are pointed out; the related theories about the development of the non-profit organizations are recalled, and the concept of non-profit organization and its classification are redefined; the current situation of non-profit development is introduced, the problems existing in non-profit organizations are analyzed; author put the idea that non-profit organization establishes enterprise management model, and the non-profit organization enterprise management model is established; the performance evaluation index system of the nonprofit is established; performance evaluation model is established based on neural networks and genetic algorithms(GA-BP) for non-profit organization, and the model is used to conduct an empirical study; finally, countermeasures are brought to promote non-profit organization development and enhance non-profit performance.
