Research Into The Social Security Issue Of Peaseant Workers

The group of migrant workers originated from the rural economic restructuring started by China in 1980s of the 20th century, produced in the reform of city economic system enforcing from 1984 and developed fast after Deng Xiaoping's talking in the South China in 1992.In the past twenty years, migrant workers had a fast development. Recently, the Central Committee and State Council have paid great attention to the issues of migrant workers and enacted a series of policies to protect the rights of migrant workers; all local governments and departments have done a lot for the social security of migrant workers and made a certain success, however, it's still not optimistic. In the 13th study of Central Committee, Hu Jintao emphasized to perfect the social security system to make the cause of social security a sustainable development. Based of this, this thesis thinks that the establishment of migrant workers'social security system will help to perfect the system of social security and achieve to sustainable development.This thesis first define the concept of migrant workers and the framework of migrant workers'social security system, stating the producing and development of migrant workers and the contents of migrant workers'social security system. Then it points out the importance to build the social security adapting to migrant workers, which is the demand of social development and the situation of China. Secondly, this thesis analized the problems existed in the social security of migrant workers to prove that it's very necessary to establish the social security for migrant workers. Recently years, with the social and economical development, the Central Government and local government have made positive exploration in the social security system for migrant workers, which providing the material base and political security for the migrant worker' social security, which made it possible to perfect the migrant workers'social security. According to these problems existed in migrant workers'social security, this thesis made a deep research to its original reasons from factors such as system, legal, government and migrant workers. At last, this thesis put forward some solutions to build and perfect migrant workers'social security system.The research on migrant workers'social security system in this thesis has positive sigificance to the enrichment and development of China's social security.
