On The Real Right Problem Of The Land Reserve System

The land reserve system is conducted under the legal procedure, follow the market mechanism, concentrates the land from different land users in the means of land purchase, land collection and acquisition, land recovery and land exchange. After being properly arranged and developed, the land can be supplied to the future land users. Besides the introduction, this article discussed the Problem from the following four Parts.The introduction Part mainly introduced the selection of subject background, the significance of the study, and research methodology used in this study and so on. The first Part defines the definition and the basic principle of the land reserve system. The second Part makes clear the values and functions of the land reserve system. The third Part makes clear the causes that lead to the tort in land expropriation and explores countermeasures. The fourth Part studies the content of the land concentration and land arrangement.
