Research On The Teen-agers' Values Cultivation In Perspectives Of The Foreign Moral Education Theories

To explore effective methods in teen-agers' values cultivation in a multi-cultural social environment, with a purpose that making people happy, promoting social harmony, accelerating growing up and flourish of the nation. This paper, beginning with the analyzing the present conditions of the education and the teen-agers' values education, opens out that it is imperative and urgency to create a new way to cultivate the teen-agers' values. Then the author makes further analysis about four foreign teen-agers' moral education theories, the consideration mode, moral-cognitive-development theory, the values clarification theory, the value discourse theory, and introduce them into our moral education in a creative way, with a purpose that it can open new perspectives for our education. In a word, the teen-agers' values cultivation should stay contemporary and satisfy the physical and mental development of the youth. To sum up, the teen-agers' values cultivation should achieve two goals, one is with bright time characteristic, always innovation with the time, the other is meeting the teen-agers' need and has pertinence and practicability.This paper mainly consists of five parts:Chapter one, as an introduction, includes background, aim and significance, main content and methods, and so on. Chapter two introduces four foreign teen-agers' moral education theory, which focuses on their great consultant significance in our education. Chapter three unifies our country actual situation, proposes some method to cultivate the teen-agers' values from a practicable perspective. The last part is the conclusion, clearing the research results of the article and problem waited to study.
