Perfect The Implementation Studies Of "university Students' Quality Expansion Program"

The University Students' Quality Expansion Program is a system engineering.which proposed by the Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Ministry of Education, and the Student Union to promote the quality education and integrate the second classroom in the university. Since the program implemented, it is soon obtained attention and response, because the program provided a specific implementation method for quality education and of great significance to the culture of future builders of our nation. However, this project is not satisfactory in implementation which is mainly reflected as follows:it outside the first classroom and has not good combination with teaching plan; the members of the quality expansion team are single; it is in the lack of social and business acceptance of the plan and the universities have no efficient and reasonable evaluation system; social identities is not high, the authenticity of authentication grades are suspected, etc.In this paper, the writer takes Chuzhou University for example, analyzes merits and demerits in implementing the program and puts forward suggestions for improvement to serve quality education better to realize its real function.The Article includes three parts. The first part is the background of the Quality Expansion Program. Integrated with the connotation of college students' quality, it expounds the definition of college students.According to the definition, quality includes cultural, moral, physical and mental aspects and so on. Quality education falls into intellectual education and non-intellectual education. Based on the division, some relevant policies are interpreted and the writer studies the significance of the Quality Expansion Program, indicating the significance of this program to the country and young people, which lies in serving economic development and growth of young students, serving the growth of the Communist Youth League and serving the university's teaching system and students'active needs in their own developmentThe second part takes Chuzhou University for example, exploring the current situation of the program implementation and analyzing the superiority and weaknesses in implemention; The present situation of its implementation mainly is to combine Quality Expansion Program with teaching plan and realize quantitative evaluation, paying enough attention to the security system, expenses input, the building of the Communist Youth League and the Students' Union, so as to urge and encourage teachers and students to implement this program; The major obstacles and deficiencies in the implementation of quality program is that a social consensus is not formed yet, the management team structure is unitary, it is not combined with the depth of integration and professional education, and there is a differentiation tendency on the participation.The third part based on the previous section, puts forward the proposals in the implementation methods and evaluation system to improve and strengthen the program, and provides a way of thinking for the further implementation of this program:strengthen the institutional building into a complete scientific system of quality development, establish three-dimensional network of school organizing, teachers involving and college(department) implementing, enrich the quality of content and form of development training further and perfect the "three combinations" as the center of the Quality Expansion Assessment System further, and provide better ideas and protection for implementing the plans further.
